Strong, slinky, controlled Tribal arms and graceful flowing hands have an unmistakable look, used by Tribal and Fusion dancers alike. In this fun and informative workshop you will learn and drill techniques necessary to create stunning, strong, stylized arm and hand movements for Tribal and Tribal Fusion styles.
We will demystify how to isolate shoulders, upper back, arms and hands to create slow, powerful, undulating arm work and flawless floreos (hand work). The workshop starts with yoga and dance-based exercises that help build coordination and technique.
Appropriate for dancers of all levels.
