Be ready to learn an in-depth warm-up sequence for health and optimal dance practicing, snappy drills, and a lesson in exquisite serpentine slow movement. You will receive a suggested weekly practice outline for your personal use. We will have a short discussion on costuming, makeup and how to access your own fusion persona.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a notebook/pencil, and wear comfortable dance clothes.
