Slow down. Take a deep breath. Enjoy the movements, and improve your stage presence to boot. This workshop is all about the rich and creamy, the gooey and the dreamy. The use of well-placed and carefully chosen slow movements can make a dancer appear experienced beyond their years. Much of this is relative to the flow of energy through the body. In this class we will dance a fresh choreography, all the while focusing our intentions upon the breath and the flow of chi (energy) through the entire body. Healthy, fun, intense, and highly recommended for any dancer wishing to bring a more mature, sophisticated look to their dancing.
